Frequently Asked Questions

Can I extend my stay beyond 30 days?

We require a minimum stay of 30 nights. Bundy Guesthouse is designed for longer stays so you can truly settle in and feel at home. If you need to extend, and the guesthouse is available, (not booked) we are happy to accomodate you.

Are pets allowed?

While we love animals (and have a few of our own), we don’t allow guest pets. 

Is there parking available?

Yes! Free street parking is available, and it’s typically easy to find a spot near the guesthouse. Surrounding streets offer 2 hours spots and unlimited spots. 

 

How do I get around without a car?

We’re located a short walk from the Metro and several bus lines. Whether you’re heading to Santa Monica, Culver City or downtown LA, public transport is close and convenient.

Is the laundry area in the guesthouse?

The laundry is shared with the main house but fully accessible to guests. We provide detergent and plenty of space to wash and dry.

 

What is the check-in & check-out times?

Our check-in time is 3PM & 11AM check-out time. Late check out is available on request. 

What’s the vibe like?

Bundy Guesthouse is a cozy, character-filled escape tucked into a vibrant West LA neighborhood. While we offer a calming setting with a koi pond and garden, it’s still very much part of the city — so you may hear the usual soundtrack of urban life: traffic, buses, sirens in the distance, and the occasional barking dog. We’re not a hotel, and we don’t try to be. It’s a warm, welcoming hideaway with personality – a real home in the heart of LA.

Is the guesthouse private?

Yes, the guesthouse is completely detached from the main house. It does share a wall with a garage and the walls have been soundproofed. You’ll have a shared property entrance, and the guesthouse has it’s own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

Are cleaning services available?

We offer 1x routine refresh mid-visit. If you require additional cleaning visits, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can I receive mail and packages during my stay?

Absolutely. We’ll provide the appropriate mailing address and codes, and your packages can be safely delivered during your visit.

What is the check in process like?

Check-in is easy and flexible. We’ll coordinate with you before arrival and provide clear instructions, including how to access the guesthouse with a secure code. There’s no front desk or formal process – just a warm welcome and everything you need to settle in comfortably. If you have any questions during your stay, we’re just a message away.

What are the terms of stay?
