Transportation & Transit

  • Metro E‑Line (Expo/Bundy Station): Just a few blocks east at Expo and Bundy, this rail station offers access to the E Line light rail. It includes bike-share docks, parking (~250 spaces), and direct service to Downtown, Santa Monica, and other Westside neighborhoods. (10 minute walk)
  • Bus Access: Nearby bus stops include “Bundy NB & Pearl NS” and “Pico WB & Bundy NS,” served by Big Blue Bus routes 14 and 16, connecting with Westwood, Culver City, Playa del Rey, and Pico Blvd corridors. (Bundy & Pearl Stops – 3 minute walk) (Bundy & Pico Stops – 5 Minute walk) 
  • Fare Info: Metro fares are $1.75 per ride, with daily and weekly fare caps of $5 and $18 respectively using a TAP card. Transfers between rail and buses are free within 2 hours of tapping in.

Freeways & Driving

  • Freeways: Major access via the I‑10 (Santa Monica Freeway) and I‑405 (San Diego Freeway), both reachable within 5-10 minutes by car. Entry to the I-10 (East bound) is on Bundy Drive.
  • Parking: Street parking is common in the area offering restricted (2 hours) and unrestricted street parking. Many nearby markets and shops offer free and validated parking or a mix of street or metered parking.

  • Gelson’s West LA (12121 W Olympic Blvd, corner of Bundy & Olympic)
    A gourmet grocery anchored in the West Edge development. Features covered parking, sushi bar, salad/poké stations, a wine bar, Wolfgang Puck Express, and Fine Pastries. Open daily from early morning till late.
  • Marukai Market (12121 W Pico Blvd)
    A Japanese grocery market offering bento meals, sushi, snacks, cosmetics, and specialty goods at competitive prices.
  • Trader Joe’s (Pico Blvd Location)
    Roughly 10 minute walk offering fresh produce, prepared foods, and affordable groceries.
