Bundy Guesthouse Rental Terms & Conditions
Welcome, and thank you for considering Bundy Guesthouse. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for guests during their stay. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following:
Rental Terms
Our guesthouse requires a minimum stay of 30 consecutive days with a maximum occupancy of two people. The space is fully furnished and ready for your extended stay. Extensions beyond 30 days are available with prior arrangement and availability.
Booking & Payments
A 10% deposit is required at booking. This will serve as your security deposit with the rental fee due upon arrival. We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, and bank checks (personal checks not accepted). A valid credit card must remain on file during your stay.
Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, as is any unused portion if you leave before completing the 30-day minimum stay.
House Rules
To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please observe these essential rules:
• No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
• No parties, events, or commercial use
• Quiet hours: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No rearranging furniture or hanging wall art
Utilities & Maintenance
Electricity, gas, water, and internet are included in your stay. We handle all maintenance and repairs – simply report any issues via text for prompt attention. Please note we cannot be responsible for utility outages or service interruptions beyond our control.
Security & Access
Exterior security cameras are installed for your safety (no interior cameras). Property managers reside on-site and are available via text. Access for maintenance, emergencies, or inspections will only occur with prior arrangement and consent.
Check-In & Check-Out
In-person check-in is required unless prior arrangements have been made for a late arrival.
Late checkout available upon request. Maximum 2 hours.
Parking & Shared Spaces
Street parking is available with both 2-hour and unrestricted spots in surrounding streets. Guests are responsible for adhering to street parking signs and time-limits, and we are not liable for any parking fines incurred. Laundry facilities and the outdoor area are shared with the main house residents.
Legal Terms
This agreement is governed by California state law. By staying with us, you accept a liability waiver for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft. Bundy Guesthouse, staff and its owner, is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property.
Agreement Acceptance
By booking and confirming your reservation at Bundy Guesthouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
